Mercury Enters Aquarius

Today the planet that illuminates our thoughts and communication styles leaves Capricorn and makes its way into airy, masculine, and thought driven Aquarius. Traditionally both Capricorn and Aquarius are ruled by Saturn so as each planet moves through these two signs we experience two sides of Saturn's influence, giving us new perspectives on what matters most in regards to long term plans and visions. 

Mercury's stay in Capricorn gave us some time to get practical about sorting out our goals, and provided clarity around new plans that are forming. Now, that same brainstorming energy has shifted into a sign that redirects our originality towards how to innovate our projects, and to consider how we can renegotiate boundaries to be a little more realized in our approach. 

Last week we talked a lot about the overarching themes of Aquarius. This is brain storming season. Keep your lists prioritized and the mood boards evolving. With so much going on intellectually, it may be hard to ground ideas into completion - there will be a temptation to jump from one exciting idea to the next, so remember to take detailed notes. This is a great time to bring some of your ideas into creative collaborations to really move the energy forward, and to set up some healthy accountability. Connecting with others supports and diversifies the growth of big ideas, and stimulates intellectual debates that inspire us all to think differently. Pull your team together and think big!
