We do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, but actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control.
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment, unless expedited options are selected.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside of our control.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
We are a small team, and occasionally additional time may be needed to prepare your order with care. If there are any meaningful delays, we will keep you informed.
Handmade & Made-to-Order Items
Some items are handmade or made to order and may require additional processing time.
If your order includes one of these pieces, we will reach out with an estimated production timeline.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, delays can occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We appreciate your patience when these situations arise.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or cannot be delivered for any reason (including unpaid duties or incorrect address):
- The package will be returned to us by the carrier
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Any return shipping, carrier, or brokerage fees incurred will be deducted from any refund or store credit
In some cases, return shipping costs may exceed the original shipping amount.
