Returns

Shopping online can be tricky, which is why we do everything we can to provide clear images and detailed descriptions so you can make informed purchases. If for any reason you aren’t happy with your order, we accept returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery


Eligibility

Returns are accepted for items that arrive damaged or materially different from their description. Natural variation and minor differences in color, shape, or surface are inherent to one-of-a-kind pieces and are not considered defects. Items are evaluated based on the product page, including descriptions and any included disclaimers.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging
  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date

Please note:
Talismanic objects, packaged rituals, services, custom creations, commissions, and select other items are not eligible for return. Any non-returnable items will be clearly noted on the product listing.

We  want you to be happy with your purchase - if something goes wrong with any of our items, please reach out and we will do our best to help.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us to request authorization.

Once approved:

  • We will provide return instructions
  • The item must be shipped back promptly and securely

Once received and inspected, we will issue:

  • Store credit, or
  • An exchange, if preferred

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is refused, unclaimed, or cannot be delivered (including due to unpaid duties or failed delivery attempts):

  • The shipment will be returned to us by the carrier
  • Any refund or store credit will be issued once the item is received back
  • The refund will be reduced by all shipping-related costs, including:
    • Outbound shipping
    • Return shipping
    • Any carrier or customs fees incurred

In some cases, return shipping costs may exceed the original shipping amount.


Restocking Fee

For returns or refused shipments that are not due to an error on our part, a restocking fee of up to 7% may be applied on US orders, and up to 10% for international orders.

This fee does not apply to:

  • Exchanges
  • Store credit returns

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
